How to Order

To place an order, please complete the following form and click on the button at the bottom which will submit your order via email or give us a call at (253 ) 927-8916.

Prices do not include shipping and handling. Upon receipt of payment for  your order, a tracking number  will be sent to you via email, showing shipping and insurance charges  

Payment methods: Paypal (adelle@addylou.com),  money orders and personal checks.

Guarantee and Return Policy 

Buying from pictures is always difficult. While measurements are as accurate as possible, they are approximate and descriptions  like "gold" "emerald" "sapphire" are color descriptive only. "Like new" means it lost it's original packaging, but shows no sign of wear. 

Refunds for items we have mis-shipped will include all postage.
 An email is required within 2 days and the item must be returned in the same condition as receive by buyer. Items damaged during shipping must be presented at your local post office with all the original packing materials. 

US domestic shipping is $5.50 with optional insurance of $2.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: WE WILL SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. COST VARIES WITH LOCATION.

We do stand behind all our merchandise and  take the utmost care to make sure  the descriptions and pictures are very explicit.  If you are not happy with something let us know.  We will make refunds if desired but cannot refund the shipping and insurance costs.  We want everyone to be happy with the sale. Please advise us by e-mail us before sending a return item. Refunds for items we have mis-shipped will include all postage. 

LAY-A-WAYS AVAILABLE

Layaways are fine.  30% down, 30% in 30 days, and the balance in 60 days.  Sometimes other arrangements can be made.  Defaulted layaways forfeit any monies paid.
